Medtronic Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist - Pain Interventions in United States

We are looking for a Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist to join the Pain Interventions team. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, coordination, and execution of customer events and initiatives within Pain Interventions. The role will ensure seamless integration of product positioning, customer engagement, and marketing and medical educational strategies into our customer events. The ideal candidate will work closely with Commercial Marketers, product marketers, the medical education team, society/conventions team, and meeting planners to drive business objectives.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Leads and coordinates the marketing program planning for summits, conference activities (sponsored and non-sponsored), customer events, etc.

  • Serve as primary liaison between product managers, Commercial marketing managers, medical education, society/conventions, and meeting planners to ensure all aspects of the events are well-coordinated.

  • Facilitates and coordinates field communication with Commercial Marketing team on awareness and adoption of programs across all US regions.

  • Coordinate marketing asset review and delivery ensuring events and initiatives are fully integrated with overall marketing strategies and objectives, including strategic customer targeting, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

  • Orchestrates and integrate all elements of a best in class customer experience (content, events, campaigns, etc.) leveraging feedback to constantly iterate and improve

  • Work directly with Marketing Data Analyst on post-event analytics and post-event engagements

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, medical education, program management, event planning, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in marketing, medical education, program management, event planning

Nice to Have

  • Strong project management skills, organized and detailed oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
