The role is opened to continue our daily milestone in serving our patients & partners and give them the highest level of support & partnership which is aligned with our daily mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

A Day in the Life

• Define and implement sales activities in the assigned area to ensure business results.

• Handling customer technical support cases through operation room presence.

• Efficiently manage investments and expenses.

• Analyse prices trend for products in the area.

• Preparation of tender documentation.

• Preparation and development of product inventories on consignment warehouses in hospitals.

• Interface with customers in answering questions and solving problems regarding product/marketing issues.

• Maintain, build, and create relationships with customers.

• Identify training and development opportunities in targeted accounts.

• Work closely with the implanter and HCPs in the accounts.

• Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to customer needs.

• Report on results, market trends, problems, opportunities, and special projects to the Neurovascular Leader.

Must Haves

• Demonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance

• Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute projects within budget on schedule

• Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers - medical

• Selling and technical skills and strong interpersonal skills

• Potential to absorb complex technical product knowledge

• Understanding of health care system requirements

• Strong ability to persuade, explain and advise

• Ability to influence

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry

• For this role, you will be expected to be located in Warsaw, Poland

Nice to Haves

• Experience in Neurovascular business in Poland.

• Exposure in multinational Medical Device Company

• Advance presentation skills

• Strong time management and ability to identify priorities

• Team player
