As the Capability Owner for the Sales Enablement Systems (SES) Global Center of Excellence, you will manage and execute projects, collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, and ensure successful Salesforce implementations. This role requires robust experience with Salesforce, along with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and manage projects from start to finish.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for:

• Initiate, design, and define new capabilities in collaboration with regional SES and Business Partners, aligning them with core business strategies.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce capabilities, business processes, and customer journey mapping, providing guidance and support to functional stakeholders across the organization.

• Collaborate with regional sales enablement and functional stakeholders to ensure global standards are met from the platform and capability side.

• Serve as a liaison between the Sales Enablement Systems CoE and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and integration of systems to drive business growth.

• Manage and execute CRM (SFDC and other systems in ecosystem) projects, including defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing project timelines and budgets.

• Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including testing, training, and deployment.

• Monitor and optimize capability performance, ensuring that the capability setup is aligned with the diverse nature of regional business processes and running efficiently and effectively.

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality and identify opportunities to leverage these capabilities to drive business value.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with functional stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and that they are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and mentor other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Collaborate with other Salesforce CoE Capability Owners to ensure alignment and consistency across Salesforce initiatives.

• Continuously improve Salesforce capabilities, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and optimization.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).

• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including experience managing and executing Salesforce projects.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion.
