A Day in The Life

As a Business Process Improvement Manager, you will streamline and facilitate optimal efficiency by assessing gaps in process, people, and systems across the organization.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop a standardized approach to identify opportunities and a plan of action to deliver positive results.

  • Act as the subject matter expert in continuous improvement, engaging and working with all levels in the organization.

  • Drive continuous improvement culture using continuous improvement methodologies e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Quality Management etc. to bring about sustained operational improvement.

  • Oversee the practical implementation of process improvement initiatives to deliver quality performance and reduce inefficiencies.

  • Deliver appropriate training and coaching on continuous improvement methodologies to support operational excellence initiatives.

  • Support future team expansion projects.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process improvement, operational excellence, performance management, stakeholder management and risk assessment.

Your Profile

  • Strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, and performance management

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills are required for fostering teamwork, enhancing a good working environment, and effectively developing strong working relationships with a diverse group of people.

  • Demonstrated decision making & problem-solving capabilities in the face of conflicting priorities and ambiguity.

  • Proven track record of managing complex operational excellence projects or initiatives in a multi sites/multi countries environment.

  • Proven ability to improve performance through change.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience in training and workshops facilitation, with the ability to drive engagement.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Amenable to work at night/shifting schedule.
