Join our Service and Repair team, providing a key point of contact and coordination for Medtronic’s Service and Repair activities.

A Day in The Life

As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring your customers’ needs are met. Based onsite in our Singapore Commercial office, you will work closely with the Service and Repair team members and various internal and external customers. As part of a culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved on projects and initiatives that further drive outstanding customer outcomes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Calibration and Maintenance Program Management

  • Vendor Management: Handle New Vendor Creation and Managing existing Vendors (Purchase Orders to Payment)

  • Be a key contact to customers for all service-related customer calls and emails

  • Contract Management

  • Following up on outstanding purchase orders

  • Loan Pool Management

  • Providing administrative support for the service function. Some manual handling may be required.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Your Profile

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Knowledge on ServiceMax, Salesforce and SAP - highly desirable but not essential – on the job training will be provided

  • Previous experience scheduling and prioritising work is desirable

  • A proactive and self-starting attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • Excellent time management

  • Strong planning and organisational skills

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Strong teamwork abilities
