As an IT Business Analyst you will be supporting an Anaplan solution used for financial forecasting by ensuring that the physical assets operate efficiently. They will achieve this by scaling the existing solution to meet business requirements as well as monitoring the platform to ensure it continues to integrate successfully with other enterprise platforms. This will be achieved by partnering with the development team and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the enterprise (business and IT). Their hands-on approach will assist Medtronic with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) functions.

For this role, you will be expected to be located in Prague, Czech Republic and work on hybrid basis (2 days in the office).

A Day in the Life

• Facilitates and participates in business and IT requirements workshops; eliciting, documenting, reviewing functional requirements and providing system demonstrations.

• Supports dev ops team by clarifying requirements, reviewing solution options, and assisting with incident management.

• Coordinates and participates in testing by documenting test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the following phases of testing: functional, integrated, end to end, regression, and user acceptance.

• Develops, documents, and configures systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, addresses business requirements and processes.

• Partners with program management and communications team to draft end user facing release and incident management communications.

• Works with Anaplan platform used by demand and financial planners to produce an integrated forecast.

Must Haves

• 3 years experience as an IT analyst

• Strong technology and business process analytical skills.

• Demonstrated experience documenting functional requirements supported with user interface wireframes.

• Experience writing and executing functional and user acceptance test scripts.

• Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, IT leadership, and development team.

• Experience working as part of an onshore/offshore dev ops team.

• Experience implementing at least one enterprise application.

Nice to Haves

• Jira or other software management tool

• Service Now for incident, problem and change management

• Miro or other wireframe tool experience

• Basic SQL querying experience

• Anaplan model building level 2 certification

• FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or Supply Chain experience
