A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Responsible for developing pan-Medtronic portfolio solutions in collaboration with the global Operating Units and SAM team to meet diverse needs from countries/clusters strategic accounts and c-suite level customers.

  • Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account.

  • Build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients and strategic partners.

  • Develop and foster Account Based Marketing approach to leverage cross-functional synergy.

  • Support and coaching SAM stakeholders to identify pipeline optimization and growth opportunity.

  • Driving commercial engagement with SAM accounts to ensure increase the share of wallet from SAM accounts

  • CXO relationship building through sharp need identification

  • Engagement with our strategic accounts to create access for therapy teams – new product introductions, increased market share

  • Commercial deal closure with C-suite and other stakeholders’ buy-in

  • Drive entry for Medtronic in new hospital projects

  • Partnership with Internal Stakeholders – therapy leaders and marketing, BU sales teams, and PR/Comms

  • Provide regular VOC and Market intelligence to support the team’s goals – building new growth programs, refine existing solutions, identify new hospital projects

  • Incremental revenue responsibility and complete ownership of relationship with strategic accounts

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Requires an MBA/MHA Degree from a reputed institute

  • Work Experience: 10-14 years. Preferably have good experience working in Hospital P&L Role/Healthcare Management Consulting or high-tech medical devices firm and being able to demonstrate a solutions outlook and strong understanding of healthcare business.

  • Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai

Nice to Have

Full-time experience in a hospital management/procurement/sourcing function
