A Day in the Life

· Advising various business verticals and functions on legal issues.

· Interpretation of laws and regulations and advising on their applicability.

· Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.

· Communicate and interact with external parties (customers, regulators, external counsels, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust.

· Drafting, vetting, and negotiating various contracts, MoUs, LoIs, and other legal documents to ensure and protect the company’s legal rights.

· Review of Tender documents

· Review of advertisement material from a legal perspective.

· Review and recommend revisions to templates periodically, to reflect new requirements.

· Maintain current knowledge or amendments in laws and regulations.

· Conducting training and preparation of internal guidelines, policies, and procedures

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

· LLB or Masters and having 6-9 years of PQE, largely as an in-house counsel, or practicing lawyer.

· Preferably from Pharma or Medical Device industry

· High degree of professional ethics and integrity

· Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information

· Excellent communication and team skills
