Associate Business Process Improvement Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Business Process Improvement Analyst to join The Enterprise Accounts Solutions Enablement (EASE, formally the Strategic Partners Team) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and streamlining business processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive positive change within the organization. The Associate Business Process Improvement Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, develop innovative solutions, and implement best practices to achieve strategic business objectives.

To ensure data integrity and alignment for Enterprise customers, the Associate Business Process Improvement Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust data management processes. This includes:

  • Regularly auditing and validating data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish data standards and align processes.

  • Developing and implementing data governance policies to maintain data integrity.

  • Engaging with Enterprise customers to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with their requirements.

  • Implementing data quality controls and conducting regular assessments to identify and rectify any discrepancies.

By focusing on these key areas, the Associate Business Process Improvement Analyst can contribute to the overall operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction for Enterprise customers. This individual will work closely with the Enterprise Accounts Sales teams, internal partners, and customers to align processes and drive efficiencies. The Associate Analyst will engage with customers to deliver analytical insights in a meaningful and actionable way contributing to the enhancement of customer processes and overall operational effectiveness.

This role can be based out of Mansfield, MA, Jacksonville, FL, Memphis, TN, Boulder, CO, Minneapolis, MN, San Antonio, TX, or any other US office that supports the Customer operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document current processes, and develop future state process maps including collaborating with team-members and internal stakeholders to set-up and maintain customer data in a timely and accurate manner..

· Conduct data analysis to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement process improvement strategies, methodologies, and tools to drive operational excellence.

· Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions to engage stakeholders and drive change management initiatives.

· Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

· Provide recommendations and solutions to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.

· Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

· Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM) is a plus.

  • Proven experience in business process improvement, process re-engineering, or operational excellence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct data analysis and process mapping.

  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other relevant frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and drive change initiatives.

  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and drive process improvement projects to successful completion, including data cleansing and data alignment.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.

  • Providing a high level of professional support and partnership with key stakeholders.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
