A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives and evaluates existing processes.
Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Collects system data and on-floor process observation and feedback to identify root cause of problems.
Measures performance against process requirements.
Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
May deliver presentations and training courses including System and operations processes.
Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
Communicates team progress.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP WM, preferably in WM problem solving/troubleshooting

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered complies with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
