A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives and evaluates existing processes.

  • Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.

  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

  • Collects system data and on-floor process observation and feedback to identify root cause of problems.

  • Measures performance against process requirements.

  • Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.

  • Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

  • May deliver presentations and training courses including System and operations processes.

  • Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.

  • Communicates team progress.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP WM, preferably in WM problem solving/troubleshooting

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered complies with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
