A Day in The Life

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor in Korea, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Aortic products assigned and representing the company in accordance with its policies and in the area assigned. This role will cover generally GwangJu and Jeolla-Do areas , and will involve occasional outstation support as needed. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives through Aortic endovascular solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures (Foundation list) and Code of Conduct

  • Conduct case In-service & observation in Cath-lab or OR

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals and distributors

  • Communicates customer promptly for preparing&planning case

  • Provide clinical education in the field of the company’s products and/or services

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge

  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed

Must Have

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years of previous clinical/sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

  • Must have an active driver’s license

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Korean

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focused, self-motivated

  • Must be flexible, team-oriented, fast-learner, adaptive to changes, and willingness to be trained

  • Willingness to travel in other given areas in South Korea as the business and opportunities demand

Nice to Haves

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses

  • Industry experience is highly regarded (Intervention or cardiovascular medical device)
