A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house training programs for field support personnel and customers.
Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training through qualitative and quantitative outcome.
Engage internal and external trainers with technical expertise.
Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Manage the framework and content of Learning Manager System
Must Have:
Bachelors degree required
Attended training of 7 Habits and DISC
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is essential
Skill requirements:
In-depth knowledge of designing, creating, implementing and evaluating training programs
Effective communication and presentation skills
Project management for managing training projects, timelines, resources and budgets
Ability to utilize business and training-related software and digital tools such as MS Office, Teams, slido, canva etc.
Learning agility: commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry/profession trends.

- Certifications of 7 Habits and DISC
