To support our Cardiac Rhythm Management business in the Netherlands we are currently looking for a fulltime dynamic and passionate Marketing Specialist with excellent interpersonal/ communication skills, proven expertise in marketing & project management and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

This is a great challenge for a (product) marketing experienced and process driven person with a strong analytical skill, demonstrated skills for problem solving and issue handling, flexible attitude and ability to plan, organize and execute a project independently and on time. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

We offer you a position where you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and product launches supporting the growth of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business in the Netherlands.

The CRM business consists of Cardiac Pacing Therapies (Pacemaker systems with innovations as conduction system pacing and leadless pacing), Defibrillation Solutions (ICD systems with innovations as the Extravascular ICD), Cardiac Device Diagnostics (implantable loop recorders with innovations like artificial intelligence) and Patient Care Systems (remote monitoring for devices). In this marketing role, you will work closely together with the regional marketing manager (Nordics & Benelux), the Dutch Sales Manager and the Dutch sales and technical consultant team.

A Day in the Life

• Working closely with the European Downstream Marketing team, the regional marketing manager and country sales teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches with excellence including (but not limited to) launch planning, launch forecasting, marketing mix optimization, field sales launch/campaign readiness training and customer meetings.

• Facilitate KOL engagements to message campaigns.

• Disseminate new materials (e.g. new clinical evidence, marketing materials) and manage localization adaptation.

• Implement local training on campaigns/ launches for the field.

• Organize local customer events like summits, congresses, and round-tables discussions.

• Setting up Key Performance Indicators to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Supporting country sales teams with local marketing tactics development and execution.

• Supporting market and customer insights generation including competitive intelligence.

• Providing input to portfolio and pricing strategies.

• Supporting Marketing Plan and annual operating plan process.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, (Bio)Medical Science/Technology with at least 5 years of working experience in marketing role/environment OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, (Bio)Medical Science/Technology or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in a marketing role/environment

• Experience in an international company, in a matrix environment

• Experience in working with different functions and customer facing

• Demonstrated successful operations management across field/ customers projects

• Fluency in Dutch and English

• Very good verbal and written presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, CRM Systems, SalesForce.com

• Living in or close to the Netherlands and willing to travel occasionally throughout the country

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management and/or Electrophysiology

• Work experience in the medical devices industry
