A Day in the Life
Achievingsecondarysalestargetsmonthonmonth( How-be presentinCath Labs for case support with the Physicians, 4 quality sales calls every day, Key account management, key account profiles for top 5 accounts in the respective territory)
AchievingFocusproducttargets–bothquantityandvalue–monthonmonth ( How - Cathlab presence- 4times a week, minimum of 4 sales calls per day, collecting data on competitive product usage and types of surgeries performed,productdemonstrations,proactiveproductevaluations)
AccountManagement:DrivingsalestargetsfortheassignedClassofTrade (COT)
Customer relationshipmanagement
Recommendingandorganizingmarketingactivities
Establishinglong-termmedical-scientific/strategicrelationshipswithKey Opinion Leaders(KOL’s) and with related major medical associations and academicCentersofExcellence(COE’s)
Acting as a medical-scientific expert between Medtronic and the medical community through the communication of medical-scientific evidence-based data.
Organizing CME’s [ Continuing Medical Education ] and other marketing activities as approved by the marketing team in conjunction with the RegionalManagers.

Must Have – Minimum Requirements
7 to 9 Years of experience in Medical Devices/ Specialty Pharma
BachelorinScience/BE inBiomedicalEngineering
PG degreeinBusinessManagementispreferred
CandidatewithhighestqualificationasDiplomaordegreefromDistance educationnottobeconsideredfortherole
ExperienceofhandlingaConceptsellingbasedTherapy
Exceptional interpersonalskills.
Computerliteracyincludingsound knowledgeoftheMSOfficesuiteof software.
Willingto travel extensively
Ideallydemonstratedsuccessinasalesfunctionof technical equipment
