A Day in the Life
Analyze digital campaign performance across multiple channels (including search, display, earned, social media, email, and other online advertising, TV is an asset but not required) and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Develop and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing goals and objectives; includes setting up, tracking, tagging, and managing analytics dashboards and reports.
Conduct A/B testing for campaigns and creative optimization to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with senior Data, Insights and Performance Marketing team members and marketing teams to establish KPIs, then measure and report on the performance against these targets.
Utilize and implement data visualization tools to present data in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Follow up marketing trends, tools, and best practices; continually seek ways to improve our digital analytics capabilities.
Perform ad-hoc analyses as required to answer specific business questions and provide insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and website usability.
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
3 or 5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably within a healthcare, marketing or advertising agency
Fluency in English level
Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush and Similarweb) and
Experience managing advertising performance across Paid media channels including social media and connected TV e.g. Meta, Google, LinkedIn
Working knowledge of brand equity, reputation and health measures are required, in addition to digital marketing channel data and experience analyzing their performance
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with implementing A/B testing, Multivariate and other testing methodologies
Experience in healthcare industry
Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience in Power BI navigation and report analysis
