Medtronic Ingenica Process Optimization & Data Lead in United Kingdom

This role will be an individual contributor but will work in close collaboration with a broad number of stakeholders, including the Service Delivery, Customer Care and Supply Chain Lead, IT, and (Integrated Health Solution) IHS Finance. IHS team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams and payers to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways, and optimize operations.

A Day in the Life

• Ensure data is alignment between SAP & Microsoft Business Central for master data.

• Provide training to multiple teams for new processes introduced. Ensure the training is cascaded by monitoring the quality of their work.

• Use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which IHS can operate more effectively. - Review current processes and drive process optimization within the Customer Service and Supply Chain departments.

• Ensure maximum utilization of Microsoft Business Central (Ingenica), our inventory management solution. You will be expected to familiarize yourself with its functionality quickly and become a super-user and functional point of contact (product owner).

• Review and introduce process efficiencies from new or existing technology.

Must Haves

• Several years of inventory management or managing complex data sets in a supply chain environment

• Supply chain/logistics / material management background essential

• Strong IT and data management skills, including SQL, MS Excel, PowerBI, or other reporting platforms

• Strong analytical competence and ability to work and make decisions independently

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels

• Ability to interact with multi-national employees on different hierarchy levels

Nice to Haves

• Desirable but not mandatory to have experience with medical devices or hospital processes

• Knowledge of Business Central / NAV ERP systems

• Knowledge of VBA – Excel / Access

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power platform is desirable

Home based working with travel within Europe, Middle East and Africa on ad-hoc basis (less than 15% of time). Most travel will be around UK and Netherlands
